I understand that most people do not like racing with the HICAS system because they don't like the way it feels. But what if you learned to race with the HICAS and were able to take advantage of it? It would seem to me that you'd have an inherent advantage over everyone else since the rear wheels are steering too at high speeds.. Would a professional that knows how to take advantage of the HICAS turn better times than a pro without HICAS? I just can't see Nissan spending all that money designing and implementing a complicated system if their engineers and test drivers knew it wouldn't help handling.
